He has been practicing as corporate law and management consultant since 2000 in the areas of Business Set-up, Strategic tie-ups, foreign investment in India, Companies Act, FEMA, FCRA, Income Tax, Service Tax, Project funding and Compliance management.

Helping foreign entities set-up business in India has been a major service delivery which included amongst others advisory, resident directorship, payroll, accounting, their banking facilities, audit and assurance, helping in hiring and HR management. Has successfully led the team to build a strong base of satisfied clients. Some of BIG PSUs like BHEL, ONGC, OIL India, NFL, Ramagundam fertisliers have been his clients getting services for secretarial audits, compliance advisory and certification. Under private sector/semi government sector, Drishtee, PNB guilts, coca cola etc. have availed services.

He also has experience in NGO set-up and advisory with complete compliance management

CULTURAL ACTIVITIES:

Apart from his professional engagement, he is having prominent and active participation in the field of cultural and social activities.

➢ Four Short Stories Published in Magazine titled Nirmata Nidesh -1994

➢ Written & acted in various Radio short plays broadcasted by Radio Veritas Asia in collaboration with Ravi Bharti institute in Patna

➢ Acted in short film –Shri Chamchaji in 1997

➢ Written & sung songs for the audio cassette “NAMO DEVYAI” a devotional music album.

➢ Interviewed by All India Radio, Patna in 2001 as one of the youngest secretary of Patna chapter under “Yuva Vaani Program”.
